Got it. Been very busy helping my 94 year old neighbor. Had planned on going on the chat / message meeting this morning but sometimes life happens. Her health takes priority. Besides, it is good karma. :)

I too stand in a simular situation.... where you are.  The rollercoaster is hurting me spiritually and physically, I continue to read my books and attend meetings.  I do love him but I have to love myself more.  One day at a time....loving a AH is tough indeed, and self preservation at a premium.  I have created a safe  world with friends and activities.  I need to cut the ties and divorce....wishing you the best for you.
