Well I did get paid but the problem is that whenever I have money I encounter yet another bill related to the A. I made the terrible mistake of getting a truck with the A. He has tremendous issues with driving. As long as he drives it I really should have better insurance than I do now. He dented it up pretty badly. Now I have to fork out hundreds a month to insure it for him to drive. The good news is that I am now months away rather than years on plan b. The bad news is that it is yet another bill and he always finds them. I can't undo it just yet. I want to be responsible. He has one (minimum) a year.....
I don't him anymore but it is very very very very trying to work all the time to pay for his issues. I just think plan b all day long.
Sometimes your self takes priority over the responsibility. I totally feel the truck issue, I just took a repo on my credit because I refused to pay for a truck he is driving. Better to have it repoed than sitting in impound yard racking up fees in my name too or getting parking tickets in my name too, or having to pay HIS insurance for HIM. Sell the truck! Take it and park it somewhere he'd never find it and refuse to let him drive it anymore until he refinances in his name only. Call the bank tell them to come get it that you aren't paying anymore and then pay off the balance to them. File a claim for the dents and then use the money to pay the loan. Just a few thoughts.
I am working on resolving the truck issue in a few months. Right now I am looking into the insurance issue. I am feeling more in control about it than I did in the past.
