I just needed to touch base with someone, something familiar. It is so comforting to be able to come here and get that.
It is wonderful to be with hubby again. I did miss him. I don't like being away from my boys though. But they are all on their own for a long time now and they need to live their own lives as do I.
I love you guys and love the feeling that you are always here.
Long time no see! It's so good to hear from you. Glad you are with hubby again, hope things go well for you two. It's tough leaving kids, although I haven't had to do that yet...she's 19, in college and still living at home. But that day will be here soon enough, lol!
Hi Dox! Good to hear you and hubby are together. New home, new town, new state. To me that's exciting. Having been a military wife for many. many years, I can relate to new homes and new towns. You, hubby, and boys will be in my positive thoughts. Welcome home to MIP.

I am so happy to know you are doing well. I think of you so often and am always so happy to see you in chat. I continue to keep you and your son in my prayers. It's so good to know that you both are doing so well in your recoveries. Keep us posted on how you're doing and I hope to "see" you soon.
Good to hear from you! Hope you are getting all settled in to your new place. I'm glad you are doing well too. I posted an update about my son a couple weeks ago. Don't know if you saw it...... We are in our new apartment and our new furniture and bedroom set arrived today. It was pretty exciting. I have never had brand new furniture before. It still doesn't feel like home, but the longer I am here the more it will. I still haven't uppacked most of the stuff I brought from home. It is still in boxes in the vehicles. So I know that will help.
Thank you for helping me feel not quite so homesick my friends.
