If you read everything you can on this message board you will gain a lot of knowledge. In responding and sharing you also will help others.
We all need to relate to someone or everyone. There are also meetings on line here if you are interested. They are excellent. If you choose to go there, just go in and see how it works first. People take turns sharing and no one interrupts them.
For me taking one day at a time is a major key. I go crazy if I think too far ahead.
Well I have an animal sanctuary and the horses, goats, pigs and chickens are all hollering for me to feed them.lol love,debilyn
