My best, oldest friend, Theresa got news that her granddaughter, who lives out of state, had to be born 2 months early. Her mommy didn't feel her moving, so went to Dr., and they did an emergency c-section.
Baby's name is Sydney Grace. She has bowel obstruction, and will have to have surgery for that. She has a head full of dark curls. Her heart rate is erratic, she is on lots of meds. My friend cannot go to Georgia from Ohio to be with her son and his wife because she just had surgery on her neck Tuesday. She told me today she wanted to go so bad, but God said "You are not in control, I am!" Such wisdom from a heartbroken grandma!
Please keep baby Sydney Grace and her family in your prayers.
The whole family will keep your friend and her family, as well as yours in our prayers tonight. I am sure Sydney Grace will be just fine. What a lovely name for a sweet girl.

It's your life. Take no prisoners. You will have it your way.
I wanted to share something witk you and I pray you will pass this on to the mother and grandmother- My oldest daughter was born at 36 weeks she had the umbilical cord wrapped three times around her neck, i was in labor 13 hrs and the whole time she was in distress, i was 18 and i had no idea what to expect, she was not breathing at birth and had to be resisitated for 2 min before she started breathing agian ,it was touch and go all nite she stopped breathing agian twice, the next day she was transfered to the childrens neonatal unit she was having extremly low bloodsugars like 20 after 2wks and many tests she was diagoned with a rare disorder and had to have 95%of her pancreas removed this tiny baby cut from one side of her belly to the other.I can remember me and my AH sitting outside the hospital smoking the nite before her surgery i was crying i said Why did god do this to our baby!! He looked at me and said don't you ever say that agian this is a lesson in life and we have to make a choice to love our daughter and never blame god.(that was one of the smartest things hes ever said)
She was released from the hospital a month and a half later, things were hard don't get me wrong. She was than diagonesed with cerebral palsy at 10 months, they told us she would probley never walk or talk-She started using a walker at like 18 mo. she was slow to talk but let me tell you the first time she said i love you i cried. but she is absolutly the greatest gift from god.every small thing she does things most people take for granted are the most wonderful miracles in life.Tell that momma to hang in there tell her her path will be long and at times weary but i know god only gives us what we can handle and i deffinitly think god has a special place for special people!!!God Bless and I will pray for that little angel..
