Hi FRIENDS


Just needed to let u know that good things do come to those who wait


My hubby is at his first AA meeting tonight, an all of a sudden, out of the blue thing.


After supper, he told me that in two hours he was going, deceided that it was time


He managed the first step on his own, feel groovy.

AWESOME!!!! I am so happy for you both! The same thing happened to my daughter's best friend, just out of the blue, he quit drinking. Don't think he has a program though :(  but sure hope this will be a new beggining for all of you! Love in the program, TLC

congratulations Cher thats wonderful ! it's sometimes the start of new challenges but in a positive direction , there is literature available as well as to this new direction ,

YAY!!!!!

I'm so happy that he decided to go!!

That's what happened with my A.

Just one Sunday morning, he had been drinking, it was around 2AM, and out of the blue he says "I'm going to quit drinking." He hasn't looked back since!

I am glad for you. I know one of the joys of al-anon for me is to focus on me and my program. I see the A often as a huge distraction. He always has some crisis going because of his using...
