You'll learn to focus on yourself and how to make yourself better using the alanon steps, slogans, and get support from forever friends who really, really care about you and whatever you're going thru!
I've been here a year now and have made many friends who have helped me to accept myself as a human being with ((((HUGS)))) and love and support and a listening ear, and given me a new perspective when I couldn't see thru my self-pitying tears enough to know what to do! They'll also give ya a good ol trout slap too if'in ya need one! (sorta like a swift kick in the behind)! LOL!
