Since we are still here, I'm going to share.  I'm having a full dose of being powerless.  One of my brother's has terminal cancer, and besides for being a supportive sister, there is nothing I can do to change his cancer status.  I pray, I've given him two healing stones, we send organic fruit, etc.  But I want to change these circumstances, and I can't.  It's the harsh reality of being powerless staring me in the face and hurting my heart.  ODAT.
