Yes! When I don't forget to post them, they are almost always exactly what I needed to think about at that time. It's funny because no matter how well I learn these lessons, I forget them over and over again and these reminders are worth so much to me.
Thanks Debbie
Thanks Debbie for your service and above ESH. At some point, and I'm not exactly sure when, I started coming to MIP after breakfast each day. I've come to look forward to this activity because it's a way I "start my day." Whether I just read posts or respond as well, it reminds me where I need to focus each and everyday--on myself, being kind to others, and having a toolbox and program people available. There is help all around me. Between the damage that's been done to me, and still living with an untreated A, I need help on a regular basis. And the good news: Here it is!
Good Day All. Thank you Debbie for your service. I also agree 100% with all the shares. When I prioritize HP, program tools and resources, and self care, my day always turns out better thanI planned. I'm noticing that people I've been resenting lately are the same people I'm grateful for. Weird or what? I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
