information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal

Sorry it took me so long folks. Here are the results of the group inventory. There were 54 people that responded. Thank you to those that participated. The purpose of a group inventory is to determine if the group is healthy, and if there are things we need to improve on or suggestions for topics for meetings. If anyone has questions please feel free to pm. Here are the results:

I plan to go back over this several times and look at questions and see what I can do personally, to make MIP a better home for all. This of course being the idea of your time consuming project. I encourage all to take a few minute and do the same.

I don't understand about fish and trout, but I think it is telling that a vast majority will gossip about other members or repeat things they heard in meetings. And no one said they always talk to and welcome new members! Am I reading this right? I hope someone can tell me I am not. Diva
