You have all been so much help to me in becoming "smokefree" OMG that first week was rough!!! I started getting gum instead of smokes, and so far even if someone around is smoking I havent tried to "borrow" one from them I thought that 8 years was long enough, and woke up 17 days ago and said to heck with it, I will quit!!!! And the rest is history...now I just have to start doing a cardio workout
Awesome -way to go! Keep it up, it's hard -I know. I do know you can do it!
Pssst, Diva, great work! I found that when I quit smoking telling people I was going to on such and such date and telling them I 'had quit' was great becuase I not only had ppl cheering me on, I sure as heck did not want to explain my relapse -lolol

Umm you doing a cardio workout with your schedule? lol You go buzz! Maybe you can train for a 5k and come and run the one we have down here in September for the American Cancer Society? Sept. 9, Megan has put it on her calendar. I will be cheering on the sideline for you! We can turn into a an MIP 5k race!
Keep up the great work buddy, and when you hit your 1 year anniversary I'll buy you some mustard!
