Cant get into chat?

I dont know what has happened but it will not allow me to get into the chat? What can I do? thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I had to get the download but still had problem. Had to go to where you enable your computer to accept java and check it so it would work. I had to go back and uncheck after. Am new at this and only done 1 chat so far. But thats what I did.
