Daylight savings time, went into effect last night here in New York City. It is difficult to get used to, but I love the increased daylight in the mornings and evening. 

 

 The C2 C reading for today is a great reminder of an important reason for attending meetings or even coming here to MIP. to post or simply to read.

 

The reading emphasizes the fact that by interacting with others we find new ways of using the tools, such as the slogans , steps and the principles

The reminder tells us that it's not always easy to know which Al-Anon tool to apply in the middle of a crisis. and  by attending meetings and praying.,we receive the help to find new ways to put these tools into action

 

The quote for the day is  from One Day at a Time in Al-Anon. "As we learn to depend upon our HP by applying the Al-Anon program, fear and uncertainty are replaced by faith and confidence." What a powerful promised that is .

 

C2C March 8 is the exact same reading amazing. I don't believe of it. I found this to be true on any other day I will have to check.

The reading makes a  great deal of  sense  I did not speak at meetings for the first year that  I attended--- I cettainly did listen with ann open mind and absorb the tools.  Please keep coming  back even if you only read for now ----it works.
