I just caught myself smiling and exhaling. Tried something new last night. The impossible to get rid of a did his a thing last nite, only a bit more in my face,with some girl in the background but you know he never cheats,and only logs onto Ashley Madison cos he's curious about how the system works,and bla bla blabla. Anyway, I could feel me budding but at the same time I really didn't want to go there. So I jumped onto the chatroom to be a pain there,ended up meeting an inspiring coda,and then went to bed! And slept!my daughter accidentally hit a button and it bought up the 12 steps, I see step 6 anggo yes! Like a kid offered ice cream, oh yes! Remove these defects, I was once a woman who was delightful and happy,with boundaries and self respect. I read mellys post and I think about her unending patience with herself, I leave my stbxh on the couch with a simple you are moving today to your sisters. Instead of I hate you loser go back to the pub,I'm thinking this morning I am so proud of me!! What a way to start the day.did I mention I love you guys? I do.
