the XAH, .. I'd be ok with that however he just won't leave me alone!  UGH!!  Last night he texts as I'm out running the kids to and from places, and honestly I'm ignoring it.  It's about money in terms of he wants to give me some.  The problem is he doesn't follow the rules and he doesn't do what he's suppose to do soooo it means more paperwork for me and more money that I have to spend. 

Supposedly he's dropping a check off today .. I don't know what that means in terms of he thinks he's coming to visit the kids?  He's not .. LOL.  It's MY weekend go.away.  He chooses not to see them for his time .. this is so not my issue. 

Ohh .. by the way .. no contempt of court charges have been filed (by him) and no insurance either.  SHOCKING .. NOT!  LOL. 

If I didn't have the past texts I couldn't go back and see how illogical the conversations are and that YES .. I see what is going on and I'm ok.  This is how I used to get so sucked into my own distorted thinking is I would convince myself that what he was saying even though I saw something else was reality. 

So last weekend he's threatening me with contempt of court .. this weekend he's wanting to come and see the kids .. I'm going to just listen with my eyes and wait to see what he's trying to pull now. 

On a positive note I won't have to deal with him much longer in terms of the unified order of support will come through and that will be that .. I will not have to deal with him at all regarding money and that will be a good thing.  I have already talked to my atty and she is taking care of everything.

PS - I thought I fired him as my spouse and why does he continue to contact me?  It's not even about the kids now.  UGH!!!!  It's totally true .. the saying the hardest thing to loose is an alcoholic!!!
