LOL, well my GPS had an old address for them and their paperwork that I had printed only had their downtown office address listed so I called them and found out I was at the wrong place. We rescheduled for next week, UGH!
On a positive note: I sat down with Grif's tennis coach and told him a LOT of what has been going on in our home and how I'm planning on moving on. He knew nothing despite the fact that Grif's been with him for 3 years now every week like clockwork. He said he loves our son and that he wants him to continue playing tennis even if he can't go to college because of his learning disabilities, etc. He told me not to worry about the money and that he wants to help in any way he can. I told him we could cut back to twice a month and he said he didn't want to do that. That means he's giving up $400 in income just to help us out. I was so grateful to his offer. He was also concerned about my ability to find work and said he'd put some feelers out and see if any of his clients or friends have something suitable for me.
All in all, it was a good day and now I get to go to my weekly meeting!!! YAY!

Wonderful developments! (Except for the lawyer's office, how frustrating.) I am thinking of the saying about being ready and the doors open. So encouraging.
