LOT crazier than I realized .. I was concerned over a marital settlement I received from my atty on Monday evening. I am beyond the pail at the moment. I'm not sure who is worse .. him or his atty. Literally I got the settlement sent her back a WTH is this not so blatant .. LOL .. however she called me yesterday evening and said I wasn't going to say anything however .. I was like umm .. I don't understand .. and when I got your response I said OHHHHH YEEESSS .. LOL .. we are on the same page .. his atty and him and on a whole other planet.
So I actually MAY not be divorced today .. the old dog is not dead yet and I have some sticks in the fire at the moment .. what I need from you guys and prayers .. I don't think this is going to be pretty .. it is extremely obvious to me that his atty is not invested (well would you be if you didn't get paid) and this court case is as dysfunctional as my marriage. I'm hoping that I can speak in court .. what I'm hoping is this judge is just FURIOUS which I believe he will be over the debacle that has come out of all this. I don't believe he will be angry at me .. I believe he will be furious with my STBAX.
Sooooo .. prayers please I will update more as I hear.

Wow, and since this is so true to the nature of how all of this has gone, I'm just not surprised. I was going to send you a message about your theme song for today but I thought I better check for updates first :)

((SRU)) I can relate. Hang in there- you know he's not about being pretty- but that's ok, the judge will, eventually, give you some closure. It's the judge's job to give closure and he/she will seek to do just that and sees just what your STBAX is all about. Don't be alarmed if you don't observe as much emotion from the judge, some are and some aren't emotional (they feel that their emotion brings partiality to the process), but they all will do their job. Let go of your turmoil- hand it to HP who has better plans for you and your children. Sending prayers! Keep us posted!
Well .. my atty said she went to the Dr over the last few days and I told her .. please tell me you don't have Ebola (not funny and yet .. for the way things have gone ..yes .. yes it is funny) .. she laughed and said noooo .. I'm good.
You realize I have only gone to court one time with each atty I have had where something has been accomplished right? I told her .. so I realize that your one time with me is up .. you aren't allowed to leave .. LOL!!! She agreed .. so we are on the same page hoping this last ditch deal I'm going to do is going to be what just sends the judge through the roof and gets the job done. obviously we are not able to go back and forth between atty's because it's not just working.
As far as Judges go I respect this man tremendously .. he has been there seen that and seen some more .. he's a very expressive for lack of a better term person .. I have sat in the back of his court room with my hand over my mouth because of his facial expressions .. usually when he hears BS and is like you bring this garbage to MY court room .. LOL .. I am always curious in watching him. I like to observe people in his court as well as him and I always learn a lot about the process.
