What a great thread.

Be treated with respect and courtesy always...I just need to remember this simple sentence every second of my life, specially when STBXAH tries to guilty trip me for the break down of the relationship or tries to goad me and create chaos.

Thanks for the tip Debb.
I still manage to feel some guilty though, even when he is not guilty tripping me.
Must work the program harder.
