Bf called me he sounded like he might be sick he just asked if I was ready to exchange our stuff but I'm no longer needing the things he got of mine and what I'm holding of his id planned on selling it to at least get some of my money back,I did ask him where he was staying at he said here and there.so I told him not today .he must not be doing so good,and what I have of his he don't need it anyway.except to sell it himself.i dont want to fall weak to him it's been 5days now I'll be ok saying the serenity prayer etc.trying to keep my head up high.

Unless you have his permission to sell his things, it is illegal. It can and usually will come back on you. When it comes to A's my experience is it is always better to wash you hands of the whole thing as it is rare to get all back you put in or lost to the disease. 

For a clean break with your feeling good inside, its always better to be the better person. Stuff is just stuff, money is just paper. For me Self respect was important.
