Thank you for sharing your lists with us. The nice thing about making these lists, among other things, is that we are forced to focus on us by concentrating on our assets and reasons for gratitude. I'm happy to see you gave yourself this gift.
Great List looking up Now, anytime you are feeling confused, sad, lonely or lost, say the serenity prayer, read you list and try to add additonal assets. For example Looking up, completes tasks, is supportive, attractive
