I just sat in on my first online meeting. Only a few people in it, but it was good. I didn't really share, but am hoping the next one I'm more open. I feel like I have such a LONG, HUGE mess that I wouldn't know where to start! Do I tell my story or do I share parts of it? I don't wanna D R A G it out but also need to start somewhere. Any advice would help greatly.....
I try to think about whatever is bugging me at that moment (or making me happy perhaps) and how it ties in with the meeting topics, and usually what I end up saying is completely different to what I intended to say but that's OK because I learn from my own words and sometimes they surprise me! As long as you speak your truth you can't really go wrong. I think there are time limits per speaker; not sure what they are exactly but aside from that you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

I had been doing online meetings since Jan 2014 and I just started Face to Face meetings this past week, made 6 meetings in 6 days and told my story 3 times. Each time got shorter and each time more anxiety and pain lifted and was replaced by an eerie calmness, that I can only hope is what serenity will feel like when I get to that point! Everyone was patient and loving and compassionate with me, knowing what I didn't know. I am not feeling like I need to tell it again, I am ready to jump in and start working on ME for a change. You can share as much or as little as you want. Welcome and keep coming back!

so glad you went to a face to face, this journey is amazing!!!!
when I first came in I used to listen to the readings and them some people shares often someone would share something that I identified with and I would then share part of my story. after more and more meetings I had told it all and slowley started learning more about the programme and the difgferent tools that I could use to improve myself and live a happier more peaceful life.
keep coming back it works if you work it and you are worth it
