I am sooo grateful .. I just heard from my atty and what we will be doing is on 7/1 I will be divorced .. the Judge is over the delays.  STBAX has NOT provided any financials and we are just trying to go over what we can and base the offer about what we know about .. soooo it's just going to take some time and I will be putting together some additional information .. SOOOO we will see what is going on. 

Anyway, BIG hugs to you all and I will have to post more .. ROFLMAO .. it is going to be CRAZY!!  He's going to be through the roof is putting it mildly.

 hey Serenity, been watching your saga, giggling at the STBAX, LOVE that and was thinking  "ok, soon its GOT to be just plain  X" and now u r on the cusp.......good luck with the settlement, hope u get a fair deal out of this......and yea, hes gonna leave a "steaming pile"  when he gets the papers, but what the heck, when ya wreck your own marriage, there is consequences.......
