The material presented

level.
I was at a convention this past weekend and, unfortunately, had to witness a couple of my fellow club members demonstrate some pretty dysfunctional behavior after drinking from sun up to sundown. A fellow member, also witnessed their antics and suggested this mantra: "This is not my circus, I'm not the Ringmaster, and they're not my monkeys." I think this will be my new mantra when detaching from the alcoholics in my life.

"This is not my circus, I'm not the Ringmaster, and they're not my monkeys." --------------------Fantastic mantra. May I use it too? I love it.
Feel free to borrow as necessary- just like I plan to do! I also shared it at my Al-Anon meeting last night and after a good chuckle, several said they will also be making this their mantra
LOL .. I still use wasband in my case as it's the case that just keeps on keeping on .. I will definitely use this one as well!! I've heard it before at an AA meeting actually!
Hugs S :)
