Today, spring and Easter bring their blessings of hope, renewal and transformation to my life. Since it was sunny and warmer, I chose to peek out my garage access door at the flowers blooming, trees budding, and little critters running in my yard. I looked at my red butterfly bird feeder into which I had poured sunflower seeds. Underneath it was a squirrel posed in freeze-frame. It was up on its haunches, its tiny paws clutching a seed in a palm to palm, upward prayer form. It appeared to me that the squirrel was showing its gratitude for the one seed it was able to take from the ground beneath the feeder. The squirrel-sighting reminded me to be grateful for this one board and all the people on it. Just one person sharing their e/s/h on this board is enough spiritual food for me to feel nurtured and sane. Thanks, all, for sharing yourselves with me. I am so grateful for you all.

Thank you G2B for the Blessing and beautiful thoughts. Loved the view that you described and am just now venturing out to feed the squirrels on my way to Church.:)
God has blessed you Catherine...he truly has. I love hearing your describe what this blessed day has brought you. A beautiful day warm and colorful. God's creatures grateful for a little bite of food that you have provided them. It will give you happiness and love for all.
How blessed we all are that we do and can have happiness in spite of it all. We can have hope and love in our hearts that things can and will change if we keep our faith.
Have a peaceful and grateful Easter Day my friend....you are not alone.
((( hugs )))
