I don't remember if I shared this here before, but I'm just going to throw it out there. It's not an original thought. It's a story I heard someone else tell and I changed it a bit.
One day a young girl asked her daddy if they could go for a walk in the park like they used to do. Her daddy said, "not now princess I'm very busy." He wasn't really busy, he was drinking. Next day the young girl asked her daddy if they could go to the circus like they used to do. Her daddy said, "not now princess I'm very busy." (drinking again). Next day the young girl asked again and her daddy said no again. But the young girl never got discouraged. Every day she asked her daddy if they could do something together like they used to do in the days before he was so busy. The daddy loved his little princess but all these interruptions were beginning to annoy him. Finally, one day he noticed a picture in a magazine. It was a map of the world. He took the picture, tore it into a few dozen pieces and gave it to his little girl. "Here princess. When you put this back together, then we'll do something." The young girl returned a few minutes later with the map all taped together. Her daddy couldn't believe she had done it so fast and asked her how she had done this. The young girl turned the picture over. On the other side was a silhouette of a man's head. "It was easy, daddy. When I put the man back together, the whole world came together." Her daddy put his drink down and she could see the tears in his eyes. So she said, "Please daddy don't cry. And if you're not so busy today, maybe we can do something else together."

Bernie, Sweet story. I have tried unscucessfully to put a few men back together and there were many times I wished I could have had a "picture" as the little girl had
Well you put a few pieces into the puzzle that is me and you probably never even realized it. Sometimes someone will say something and there's a little click in the combination lock. I hear a lot of little clicks when you share. And others, as well. I appreciate all the talks we've had.
