If you want to talk immediately you can go to our chat room. There are often people hanging in there.

Or you can go to an online meeting
. The schedule is posted on the chat room page.

Or you can go to a face to face meeting. Look up Al Anon on the web, or in your local phone book. There are also phone lines manned 24/7 by Alanon volunteers.

Or post to this board. We would love to hear your story and share ours with you!
