Myself! I now have a break off from school for one whole month and I am going to eat healthy and work out and just enjoy myself and my friends and life. There were not enough people to take a super accelerated class for the January term class I needed to stay in the nursing program next semester. I made peace with the situation and am now going to enjoy myself, oh and catch up on housework a bit! I hope everyone has a great Christmas! Sending you all love and support!

Enjoy...and be careful, this time last year I decided to take a "month off" from study and 12 months later I'm finally ready to get back into it and finish my course lol!! Seriously tho, before that I was gunning through my study, and I had refused to take even a week of holidays for 2 years, taking every summer/winter and extra class I could. When I finally paused, "Time off" turned out to be quite addictive and I couldn't start again!
I hope you enjoy your well-deserved break. They are really important so maybe it's a blessing that you couldn't do the accelerated class.

So glad you get a much needed break, BF. It sounds as if you're already to spend that break doing some more breaking free from study groups, tests, papers and heavily scheduled days. You are rich!!!!!! A full month of relaxation and rest.

Thanks all, of course after not being able to fix everyone else before al-anon I figured out where to put my energy is within me and my kids. Thanks for all the support! And year I love to love a lot these days, because things are just easier on my own and I have so much more energy to do things like going back to school. Sending love and support back to you all!
