This is the emotive title of a book written by a parent, two of whose children were A's. This is not CAL literature, but (in my humble eyes) should be! It's by Charles Rubin

It helped me a lot.

G2b.......although not CAL,, there is a lot of the Al-anon principles and practices on the pages, what I read supported and validated my journey in Al-anon.

I have had this book as a go to when times were tough for two years. I suggest this to every parent that comes to our Al anon meetings. It's the best.
