So very true 

I must admit that before alanon I was quite a coward .  I feared adversity and believed that I was not  strong enough to handle the serious problems of life  I wanted an easy road.

No easy road for me noso I found alanon and thanks to this program and HP,I was given the courage, serenity and  wisdom to live life on life's terms

It does indeed...if I hadn't had the adversity of troubled times with active addictions, I would not have had (and still have) the opportunities to expand into the person I was created to be!
