To go home to my A with love.

I will not resent him for his past mistakes, I will not blame him for mine.

I will not inquire as to his use, I will not pry, as it is his business and not mine.

I will not expect anything from him, as expectations are only upon myself.

I will not worry, I will not feel anger, I will not wonder, as I will be at peace with myself.

I will accept any tests that my Higher Power needs to show me.

I will get through today. Because today is all that there is. And it is mine.

I'll throw in a few of mine...

Today I vow... to keep the focus on me.

I will make decisions that love, honor and respect myself.

I will give pause to moments when I am reacting in fear and desperation and out of "old messages".

I will be kind to my body today.

I will cultivate a space for peace - for sitting with the unsent email and allow myself the change to change perspective.

I will affirm myself and my journey.
