Thats not my wisdom Cathy, These are quotes I find from different philosophers, that inspire me.
You might try and look for something that inspires you , the internet is my researcher and tons of books.
Alanon has that wonderful ODAT book, there enough in there for a lifetime of inspiration and helpful quotes. That was the first book of inspirational quotes that got me thru most of my darkest periods.

Maybe he was Jerry. He is a great writer and Buddhist philosopher, He understands life in a profound way and
knows that struggles are struggles no matter where they come from.
Alanon is profound in that it gathered all the writings of great philosophers and the teachings....
Basic teaching that we cannot get around, that we are responsible for everything that happens to us. Damn!
