I am still working on the ESH you all sent in response to my post...mind, body, spirit and emotions. I'm doing with your mana`o (ESH in Hawaiian) what I've always done...don't react relax and take it slow. I get more from it in time. I already have. Just wanted to say mahalo before going to work. Expecting a tropical storm, Flossie, during the day. I just know she is going to unwind everything I attempt to do today and then that's a lesson in patience, open mindedness and acceptance huh? (((((Hugs)))))
well I didn't have anything to add, but had MUCH to learn.......I do send you PEACE and Reconcilliation with your body, mind and spirit..........it was a beautiful post....so honest....so open......so incredibly humble and sweet

When I saw on the weather report that the storm was heading your way, YOU were the first person I thought about and said a prayer for. Take care, Jerry. I hope no chickens are let loose during this storm like they were with the one that hit Kauai 20+ years ago.

MARYJANE!! the prayer worked and the storm took the day off. LOL...so did the chickens...they went to a movie and nothing bad happened to any of us. YaY!! Mahalo for the pule...prayer. ((((hugs))))
