My A went to pick up dinner 10 min from our house and was gone an hour and 15.  And of course it's a place that has a bar and she has sat alone there drinking.  The bad news is that I asked her if she was drinking and of course she denied it.  The good news is that I stayed calm, there was no drama, and I don't believe what she says anyway.  So why bother asking if I don't believe her?  I know better by now.  Lyne

Well done Lyne for staying calm and keeping your serenity. Boundaries and consequences that protect you are the next step when you are ready. Its like a formula but I know it took me so long to get it and I still find it difficult to follow through with the consequences.x
