First eye surgery on June 4th. Went for all the tests on Tuesday--now I wait. The surgery is RLE just like getting cataracts removed. I am excited but trying to live one day at a time. Breathe in breathe out. Searching for serenity in all of this. I have to travel 2 hrs. to get to the place where I will have the surgery. I guess I shouldn't complain--I am going to be so happy when it is over!
Everything else is going fine. I am sleeping in later & am enjoying the time before my husband gets up every morning. I am studying & reading around the time I get my cup of coffee. Now I find the time to be w/ God & pray & meditate every morning. I made that commitment awhile back. It seems to be working for me. I just wanted to share that because something is working. It may not work for others, but it works for me. And, if it works, don't fix it!
Hi hoot. I also try to get 5 mins of reading done in the morning. It kind of centres me or gets me thinking right. I always seem to enjoy my day when I do this. I hope your op goes well.
