Lots of good stuff happening over the past few weekends, .. got to go to a lovely event last weekend that was through the community and some very dear friends. VERY excited to share a lot of memories and be included into something that I wouldn't be doing had the past year not happened.
This weekend is my daughter's confirmation and trying to make sure I keep it about my daughter. It's their dad's weekend with the kids and that is going to be hard for me as I will be trying to make sure that everything is in place and the girlie girl has what she needs for the next two days. Tomorrow is rehersal and Sunday is the actual confirmation. Tonight is shopping for her and she wanted me to go, as this is the only cost he is taking in terms of her confirmation I have asked he purchase her outfit. I about spit what I was drinking when he text back are you paying 1/2 ... LOL! SERIOUSLY?! Whatever .. Ummm .. NOOOO .. shall I start listing what I have been paying 100% for over the past year. I had a good laugh to say the least and got ohh ok as a response. Her last tennis lesson is this weekend as well .. so she should be pretty worn out at the end of the weekend as well.
The boy has a lot going on as well, all good stuff.
There are still a couple other big events coming up for her and one for my son. All on weekends of course .. LOL .. I don't have the kids .. oh well, that's just how the cookie crumbles I guess. The nice part is I'm involved and I'm having to handle things with more of a hands off mentality.
I have two meetings this weekend and then I also am planning on doing something for me. I'm a little nervous about the money stuff because I called already and nothing is showing as a deposit which always makes me feel REALLY nervous. They should have SOMETHING at this point .. sooo we'll wait and see. I will be ok ... it's still scary because he's just not going to pay what he's suppose to pay if it doesn't come out automatically. He's already in contempt of court and just doesn't get that he is .. sigh .. the money stuff is what just does me in.
It's official I have decided to move forward with the paralegal stuff .. I'm VERY excited and plan to get through this and see where else I would like to go in terms of a degree. I don't want to be a lawyer .. I sure would like to do the paralegal stuff. I do get very interested and it's one of the few things that gets me going and makes me want to get involved .. I don't know if that's a good thing or not .. lol .. I have a passion about it. Plus .. I can keep my own costs of this legal stuff down. Hey, I'm not stupid .. I'm going to go with what benefits me .. LOL.
Trying to find things to keep me busy and keep me out of my head .. so that is a good thing.

It's sounds like your really getting your stuff together. To read this knowing your coming along in your program and enjoying you life with your children. Being happy is a great thing...and I see it here. WOW...going back to school and getting a degree is quite a accomplishment...go for it!!
