\I agree. I had a very hard time "Changing my attitudes" before alanon. Alanon's statement that" Changed Atitiudes" aid recovery encouraged me to keep coming back so I could develop the tools that mattered.
the attitude...needs a whole book on its own. i came to say, ego and pride are our biggest enemies. the good thing is, we own our attitudes, nobody gives them to us....so that's something we can change great Captain Sparrow
