Husband In Treatment - Roller Coaster Inside Me

Open my eyes and I see the progress.  My heart softens.

My nerves are a roller coaster!

Yesterday I got a phone call from Husband. His insurance will not cover after 45 days on inpatient.  I was upset, confused.  It was a bump in the road.  We have options.

Today he and his counsler called me.  We are working through the options.  I'm still nervous.

It realize it is fear of the unknown.  I realize it's not having control.  I realize that my husband is doing the steps necessary to get himself better.  That this is his choice to do right or wrong inpatient or outpatient.

I need to just take a deep breath!

I also see it as Mandy does...lots of self awareness and clarity...Add the HP part for you and your husband becomes responsible for his own health.  Also in support ((((hugs))))smile

Alcoholics Anonymous is free. that is what is most likely going to sustain him and bring him into long term sobriety anyhow.

I remember that roller coaster...my faith, al anon, sponsor, surrender, and loved ones helped me to know that whatever happened I would be ok.  I can tell by your post that you will be ok..thanks for sharing your process.
