Dear Jen

Thank you for posting this.  It is a tall order and the foundation of this progam .  I thought about how to achieve the do list and how to stop doing the don't list and discovered that if I " Work the Steps, with a sponsor, attend meetings, read the C2C daily my attitudes change.   I am focused on myself  and have have learned to act and not react

Good  topic.

thanks for sharing. A great reminder, a simple list, not so simple to accomplish, but we are all trying, right?

I keep this list posted on my mirror, along with the Al-Anon "detachment" insert. Very helpful when I read them both everyday.

Jen61: I love the do's & don't's--they were read at every meeting locally when I was new. They are somewhat simple but very important. I feel that we need to be reminded what to do & what not to do each day. Another one I was told was don't be discouraged by the mistakes you make. I am so grateful that we have this program & an outline for life. I guess we call the do's & don't's simple but really they are hard to follow sometimes. Does that make sense?
