Thank you for posting this. It is a tall order and the foundation of this progam . I thought about how to achieve the do list and how to stop doing the don't list and discovered that if I " Work the Steps, with a sponsor, attend meetings, read the C2C daily my attitudes change. I am focused on myself and have have learned to act and not react
Jen61: I love the do's & don't's--they were read at every meeting locally when I was new. They are somewhat simple but very important. I feel that we need to be reminded what to do & what not to do each day. Another one I was told was don't be discouraged by the mistakes you make. I am so grateful that we have this program & an outline for life. I guess we call the do's & don't's simple but really they are hard to follow sometimes. Does that make sense?
