Well today was very busy at work so I'm glad the weekend is here. The rain and hail was quite strong, a little crazy getting home. Now the sun is out and the storm is over.
Just received a email from my son and he also had a good day. He went on a interview for a job and as he says basically hired. Part IT work and part warehouse work. New company ( 1 year ) needing people to do all kinds of jobs. Employer said in about 2 weeks when the new building is finished and open for business.
Also had a phone interview with an IT company and son said it went very well. Has a face to face interview Monday moring at 10am.
Also....had a offer of 8 grand on his car and he says....selling his car will solve his problems..???????
I feel for him because have been through this senario many times. It doesn't last very long.
I responded back with great job.....it works. when you work it, and your worth it
I can only pray he seeks recovery.....that would be a great achievement.
Love my boy.....he's on his own to make it right or not.

Well one thing is he is doing this all on his own. No one to blame if it doesnt work. He figured it out on his own and kept his dignity. You never know keep praying, after he sells his car he will have a roof over his head and food. Hopefully he thinks back a few days and realizes how desperate and scared he was and understands how he got there and not want to be there again. He is his own person and no one can control his choices. He seems like a smart guy....and he didnt end up homeless like you feared. Things are a little more positive than a few days ago for him. So pray like crazy now for an intervention from his HP "a divine intervention". What are you doing this weekend, be good to yourself, you deserve it, you work hard. Be around people. cathy, thats 2 things he has taken responsibility for, success, 2 things you didnt take responsibility for, success. you and i and our sons may only have these type of successes so i think we need to catch them and us in the act of doing good.x

He is doing this on his own and I pray he continues to be scared enough to get his act together. Maybe just maybe he will like what he's doing and keep it up this time...also get to AA....oh please I pray.
What really feels good...I am staying out of it completely this time. I'm so proud of myself....lol
Hopefully I will have a relaxing weekend. I thought the storm was over but it has been raining off and on all night. It's 2 in the morning right now and I can't sleep...but not because of my son....just went to bed to early
