My nephew who was a healthy 40 yr old, was taken by the Type A flue, a killer flue that does havoc on your organs. 

It reminds me how fragile life is...and how much I need to dig deeper into my program and "live" more.

Sorry to hear oldergal,

A member of my fellowship passed away recently. He was 54 and passed away of a heart attack after shovelling snow.

It was also a wake up call that at any moment we can be called up and our purpose served.
