Things went miserable these days with ABF...and I almost forgot to stick with myself and my program. So instead of focusing on madness, I want to come back to the path of gratitude... because it's Christmas, and even if I'm by myself, I feel I am gifted:

i have a wonderful crazy dog, that makes me stay human everyday (and gets me out of bed too) and manages to make me laugh after all with his inventive little disasters he creates everyday

I have a patient friend that listens to my sorrow without complaint, and shows me how selfworth is lived by

I am guided my a discreet HP that puts inspiring people in front of me, all I have to do is open my eyes and heart

I have loving parents, who support me no matter what, even if I'm not very stable in my plans everyday, they support with loving detachment

I grew up with 2 sisters, that are not perfect, struggling with their own, but still and always reminding me that family is not all bad... in it I finally am learning acceptance

I chose to have good friends, all with their own individuality, they taught me diversity, and I admire each one of them for their own strenghts and weaknesses

I have a big heart, sometimes too big and too stubborn, that's why I am here, to become more functional. nevertheless I am thankful the way I am, life is rich in experiences and I'm equipped to learn constantly.

I found MiP, with the honest and brave people, who are just trying to be themselves and be loved for it. You saved my selfworth and serenity more than once.

It is a beautiful day today, Christmas Eve, with a clear blue sky and a free mountain view 

I am eating good crepes with chocolate.

I am human, I can still cry, laugh, dance, jump, dream...and move on.
