Ironic movie choice

So yesterday I tell the wife that we should go see a movie last night.  I gave about 4-5 choices and let her pick from there.  She chose "Flight" with Denzel Washington.  The description of the movie says NOTHING about the fact that the main story is really one of an alcoholic.  I won't give away the ending of the movie but needless to say Washington's character struggles with being an alcoholic.  There are a lot of things in the movie that several people were openly telling him "NO!" when he was doing it, to include my wife.  There was even one or two things that happened that I think the wife has done.  Very powerful but good movie.  Sort of ironic that my wife chose this to see.

Ha ha. HP works in sometimes ironic or humorous ways.

Hope you got to enjoy the movie.

I know a struggle I'd have with the movie personally would be that I'd be sitting there thinking... "Ooooo - is the A getting the message? Hmm... are they seeing themself in this at all? Maybe they'll CHANGE!"

Gotta remember those darn three C's.
