trying to live w/ NO FEAR!

These days w/ a lot to be afraid of I am trying to live w/ no fear. It is hard when life is so uncertain. Some things just scare me because I am afraid of the future & then I have to remind myself to just live one day a time. So, I try not to future-trip. I hope that some of you can really relate to all I am feeling these days. It seems like we all struggle w/ fear. FACE EVERYTHING & RECOVER! I am grateful today too. I don't want to sound like all I do is worry. I don't have anything to be fearful of really, I just want to be heard.

So, I end this w/ a positive note: I am hanging in for whatever comes my way!

Kathleen

I struggle with fear from time to time. It can be just a little or overwhelming. I try to remember what Deepak Chopra wrote in one of his books: worrying creates needless suffering. Amen, Lyne

Hi Kathleen

Good thoughtful post.   I too wanted to be completely free of Fear when my sponsor explained to me that NORMAL FEAR has a place in my life and can not be eliminated.    It is a feeling that is there to protect us and to warn us of danger. I will always have this healthy fear .

When I feel fear I stop and look and pray for guidance. When it is evident that I should act and am still fearful that is the time to pray for courage.

Courage is simply irrational fear that has said it's prayers.

Thanks for being here
