My thirty minutes of taking care of me, day 1

WOW, this is harder than I thought!

Thanks to the great suggestions I got from my post I was able to be flexible and come up with some, they are pretty basic, but that is where I am at right now...

physical care:  I spent ten minutes taking a quick hot bath rather than a quickie 5 minute shower

mental care:  I went to the grocery store and spent 10 minutes looking at books and magazines, which I enjoy doing.  Not reading it without paying for it, just looking at all of the magazine covers, seeing whats in style and the magazine headlines to know what the hot topics are right now, staying current

spiritual care:  I spent ten minutes reading other people's great shares here and really learning a lot, thank

Pretty basic I know. but its a start!

Thanks so much for all of your great shares that are really helping me!

I forgot to ask what some others of you are doing to nourish yourselves in these three ways, we need to keep giving each other ideas since for some of us, this is new and unfamiliar territory!

I want to try this too! Maybe help break me out of this looming depression I've been feeling. Will post my efforts as the day lingers on. :)
