I've posted here before, Tried to get into chat on Friday, wll try again tonight. Not sure how much longer I will have Internet. I would love to/need to get to a f/f meeting. We only have one car and it has no brakes. I am up to my neck in addicts. My a b/f, my room mate. B/F sells so we have ALL kinds of people coming and going. I just stay in my room and try to mind my own business. Out of work now too! I just feel as I have no hope of things changing, other than to run away and disappear, that's how I feel. The Insanity of all he does is driving me crazy. He gets all messed up, does and says wierd stuff. How do I Ignore that? I couldn't sleep last night because he decides to cook! I didn't want the house to burn down so I get up and pretend Im hungry, so I can watch over him. We live in a trailer, it wouldn't take much!
I've tried detaching, so far no luck with that. And if he sees me looking at him after he has said some of his crazy talk.Then he launches into me about I'm Miss Perfect. and no wonder my other husbands divorced me. And on and on. I just go to my room.
I know that I need to get out of this mess. But Where do I go. And his 13 year old son. What do I do about Him?
I don't think I can call the Law. I'm scared I guess! I feel I'm just as crazy as he is.

Not sure if you have called the Al-anon hotline number, but it is under my sign in name here and when I called a got a number of someone in the program to contact locally. I am assuming here, but perhaps if you get a local phone number maybe someone could give you a ride to a local meeting on their way if you asked. I am sending you much love and support and hope you can figure out how to dive into your program.

I sure hope you can find someone to pick you up & take you to a F to F meeting. I have had people pick me up & I have also picked up people. Is there a hot-line in your town for abused women ? .. Maybe think of phoning them for some help & guidance. They should be able to maybe help you get some social assistance,a place to stay if that's what would help you. Sending love, support & understanding

sis, I hope you can get into the chatroom if you can't get to an in person Alanon meeting. It might take a little time but there is a way out of your situation if you want to get out. Reaching out for help, connecting with others in this program is a beginning. You're taking your personal power back. Keep coming back and keep sharing. TT
