I guess great minds do think alike because we're having meatball soup - italian seasoned meatballs in a tomato base soup with loads of veggies - seasoned heavily with oregano & basil from my garden.
I don't have the kids tonight so it was Subway and I picked up a movie. Tomorrow night is going to be taco soup!!

Two portugese sausage with smoked sweet pork meat topped with melted provolone in a burrito. I'm pretty sure to top that off later with a Tin Roof Sundae ice cream. Nothing special. (((hugs)))
Must be Sausage nite, Italian sweet sausage baked in the oven with olive oil, onions and orange peppers, cut up potato's , topped with bread crumbs and sprinkled with parmesan cheese and some bread, I love one dish meals.
