So today I am off work, I have a wedding reception to attend tonight,and one of my closest friends has the most gorguss tanned skin, she owns and works on a market stall outside,I tell people it is a fake tan so my brother inlaw and sister try and rub it off her and say wow thats a good one lol, so she has bought me some st tropez gradual tan, I am sceptical she might of slipped me a mickylol, well I put it on now so only time will tell, it smells nice anyways, so next I am off to get my grey hair blonded, seriously, you know the things we resist really do pursist, try and find the humour in everything it really does turn your frown upside down, I have those days where I feel out of sorts with myself somehow, and of low mood, but I know it won't last for too long, and those tricky situations we find ourselves in when we don't really know what is best to do and we do thinigs with fear and courage hand in hand and it all works out ok in the end, by shareing my struggles and my triumphs too is how it works for me, I have this song in my head now, two little ducks went qwack qwack qwack, happy day peepsx

I too am a "Glass half Full" kinda girl & do try to remember the Humor right along with the Ick! and I too know what its like to RUN to Fear & Loss of Courage... However, Thanks to this Program & the Journey it has Layed Before me... I have ALOT More Joy, Happiness & Live in "Less" Fear... :)
