Having a birthday sure makes you realize that you are loved! I can attest to that for sure. Birthday party this morning & more plans for later today. I am so grateful for all my friendships!
Went to the campout/BBQ on Sat. It worked out great hanging out w/ a bunch of alcoholics. I even was the only Alanon in a skit we put on. The last song was Whiskey Lullaby. It was funny, touching & moving! I was so nervous. The food was good & so was the fellowship. One of my very closest friends was there too. It made it better for this Alanon.
I am feeling better & better even though I am trying desperately to catch up on my sleep. Prayers needed.
I hope you have a great birthday, my friend. You deserve it.
