I have been around just not posting .. lol .. it's been crazy stuff. 

Right now I'm back in San Diego with the kids, we will be here for a couple of weeks.  I have no idea what I will be coming home to .. at this point i can't worry about it.  It's going to be there when I get back .. oh the joys of it all. 

Today though, I am focused on having a good time with the kids and my mom.  She's had to deal with a lot of loss in the past year and I know it's not easy on her. 

I had a horrible headache I don't know if it was stress related or not, I think it was caffine related.  I'm cutting back .. lol.  I'm taking the kids swimming and I think we are headed to the zoo tomorrow. 

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone as they walk their journey.  I am very blessed to share this with all of you guys. 

I miss my meetings on both sides of the fence.  I do have some planned for this week.  It will be good to get back into my program and I am sitting down with my 4th step work tonight. 

Anyway, sorry to be so unavailable lately, I am around.  Hugs P :)

Hi girl! I totally understand. I've got one week left of vacation from my 1 month absence and we're really enjoying ourselves. We fly to Dallas today and will be there until next Sunday and I can say the same thing as you. I don't know what things will be like at home when I get back but can't worry about it now because it will be there when I get there, right?

Life is meant to be enjoyed so I hope you're taking the time to see all of the SD sights and sounds. Can you please go on the Mission Bay roller coaster for me? Oh, and watch the sunset over the Pacific. Oh, and say HI to Shamu, too! And, if you get a chance, go to Ocean Beach and visit Dog Beach and play with the dogs there. My son always asks to go to Dog Beach because he loves just watching the dogs play in the surf, LOL! And, if you get a chance can you go to Coronado Island and get me some of that sand? I swear they have gold in the sand there because it shimmers so much! And, watch out for stingrays and jellies. Our friends are staying there this week and her son got stung by a jelly yesterday and we've had friends stung by stingrays, too. NOT FUN! I had that happen here in FL a few years ago and I can say that the pain was as bad as giving birth, I used my Lamaz breathing just to cope. I got stung in my foot and the wound took months to heal. The stingrays barb actually tore tendons and damaged nerves in my foot and then my foot got infected with a marine bacteria called vibrio and I had to do a third round of antibiotics to heal. I was limping for a month, mostly from pain from the infection, though. So, if the lifeguards says there are stingrays in the water, I'd recommend NOT going in, LOL! That being said, I have been going in the ocean here in FL almost every day and I don't fear another episode. I was the one who stepped on the poor thing anyway, right? Hope you guys have a wonderful trip!!!

Oh we are so doing all of that I have a meeting scheduled on Tuesday night I'm really looking forward to that big time. I've been doing ok with my program though so glad I have so much support it makes a difference.

Headed to all of what you have mentioned I want to take the kids on the rollarcoaster I don't know if Dyl will go on it however I know I will!!! Hopefully go towards sunset evening time frame .. I had so much fun riding on it when I was younger.

Ok .. you know peeing on a jelly fish burn will take the poison out right?? I can't believe you stepped on the barbs!! YIKES! I hope you are feeling better!!!
